We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every job listing or alert will be delivered on time. Some features may change, pause, or be removed as we improve the product.

Track Gigs, including its branding, design, software, and content, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Track Gigs is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost opportunities, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party services.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service, users, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time.
