Eligibility

We offer a full refund request window within 3 days of your initial purchase, as long as the request is made in good faith and the account has not been abused.

Refunds generally apply to the first charge for a subscription. If you purchased through a third-party app store or payment provider, their refund rules may also apply.

How To Request A Refund

Email support@trackgigs.com with your account email address, purchase date, and the reason for your request. We will review the request and reply as soon as possible.

  • Use the same email address tied to the account.
  • Include the date of purchase and payment method.
  • Send the request within 3 days of purchase.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times can vary based on your bank or payment provider, but we will confirm once the refund has been issued.

Non-Refundable Cases

We may deny refund requests that fall outside the 3-day window, involve repeated abuse, or are tied to chargeback disputes already in progress.

If we suspect fraud or policy abuse, we may limit or deny refunds and suspend the account while we investigate.

Cancellation

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically create a refund. If you are within the 3-day guarantee window, please send a refund request by email after canceling if you want the purchase reviewed.
